Second Step Housing welcomes new board members

Second Step Housing is happy to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors: Beth Kutzera, Carol McCaulley and Bill Victor.

Beth Kutzera is a social service supervisor with Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Beth has a Masters in Social Work and has been with DCFS since 1999 in various social service roles in the community. Beth brings the skills and passion for her community and helping families.

Carol McCaulley is the Senior Vice President, Human Resource Development/Legal Counsel at Columbia Credit Union. Carol has over 20 years of experience serving as a human resource professional and running her own law practice.  She holds an AA in Philosophy from Long Beach City College, a BA and an MA in History from Washington State University; an Associate of Risk Management (ARM) from Insurance Institute of America; and a JD from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Active in the community, Carol currently volunteers with Meals on Wheels People and serves on its Advisory Board; she is the founder of the Human Dignity Foundation; and is active at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Camas. Her past volunteer roles include serving on the boards of SWIFT, Camp Opportunity, Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance and Pacific Crest Academy.

Bill Victor is an ISSA Elite Trainer and President of Victor Fitness Systems, Inc.  For over 10 years, he has been dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their life through fitness. His greatest joy is watching the growth in self-confidence and increased esteem as people transform their lives by achieving fitness goals.  Having completed over 16,000 hours of client training, and serving in various capacities including high-school strength coach, athletic performance coach, columnist for The Columbian newspaper, motivational speaker, and educator Bill shows no signs of slowing down.  He takes great pride in his involvement with the residents of Clark County and helping others enjoy what optimal health can provide. Bill holds an M.S. in Exercise Sciences.
